This information describes the PetTheraCure website and its enquiry channel. Our storefront is hosted on Shopify. Read the current store privacy policy for the complete policy that applies to the store.

Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, the form asks for your name, email, product or pack details and message. We use that information to respond to the enquiry and discuss the relevant product or website question. Do not include payment-card details or unnecessary medical records.

Website and platform information

Shopify provides the storefront infrastructure and processes information needed to operate it, such as browser and device information. Cookies and similar technologies can support site functions and the preferences made available by the platform.

Payments and marketing

Online checkout is not currently open. The contact form is not a payment form and does not subscribe you to marketing by default. Any future checkout or marketing flow should display its applicable information when it is offered.

Privacy questions

Use the contact form for a privacy question or request relating to information you provided to PetTheraCure. Include enough detail to identify the request without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
