Product information & quality checks
Clear product information begins with an exact identity. Here is what our listings show, and what still needs checking for a particular pack.
The details on the page
Listings bring together the recorded name, form, animal, strength and pack. Original packaging photographs help identify the source record. Some show several presentations or an older market label; they do not establish the contents of a current shipment.
References have a specific job
A manufacturer insert may explain one labelled product. A regulator page may discuss an ingredient, a supply framework or a different approved formulation. We identify those limits in the product introduction where they matter; a reference link is not a blanket approval of every pack.
Before a pack is arranged
Ask about the current label, manufacturer, exact presentation, availability and destination. Where storage or special handling applies, that arrangement also needs confirmation. We do not describe an unverified pack as batch-tested, authenticated or approved.
If something does not match
For a listing correction, send the page link and the precise name, unit or pack detail. For an arranged order, keep its reference and photographs of the product and packaging. Contact product support.
